FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. We are not therapists and this is not a clinical program. This is a behavior reset designed to create pressure, reflection, and accountability through controlled adversity.
Is it safe?
Yes. We use proven safety protocols, are trained in wilderness first aid, and operate on known trails with mapped check-in points. One instructor is always awake. Every moment is monitored.
What if my son wants to quit?
That’s the whole point—he’ll try. We’ve built this to test resistance. Unless there’s a medical or safety issue, quitting is not an option once the reset begins. He finishes. Period.
What should my son bring?
Nothing but what’s listed on our pre-approved checklist. No phones, no snacks, no distractions. We provide all survival essentials.
Will he eat?
Yes—when he earns it. Day 1 is a controlled fast. Food is tied to survival tasks. That’s part of the lesson: if you want something, you go out and get it.
Do you use fear or punishment?
No. We use nature, silence, discomfort, and effort. This isn’t bootcamp screaming—it’s real-life consequence in a setting that doesn’t negotiate.
Can I talk to my son during the program?
No. The silence is intentional. Communication resumes when he returns—and it’ll be a different version of the kid you dropped off.
What happens after?
We recommend 90 days of optional accountability calls to lock in momentum. Think of the trip as a match. Follow-up is the fuel.
